The sitting room and kitchen form the heart of the home, bringing cooking, dining, and relaxing together in one bright, sociable space. The interiors feel polished without being precious, with sophisticated finishes and carefully chosen details giving the home a refined, contemporary character. It works just as well for families as it does for friends or couples, with plenty of room to settle in while retaining the warmth of a proper London home.

The outdoor space is a real highlight. Arranged across different levels, the garden creates a series of lovely spots for breakfast outside, an afternoon in the sun, or a drink before heading out for dinner. In a neighborhood where private outdoor space is highly coveted, having this much of it feels particularly special.

And there’s plenty worth heading out for. Portobello Road’s antiques, market stalls, and neighborhood institutions are within walking distance, as are the restaurants and independent spots of Golborne Road. Wander a little further and you’ll reach Maida Vale and the canals of Little Venice, while nearby Tube stations put the rest of London within easy reach. Notting Hill has charm to spare; Talbot Road gives you a particularly stylish place to enjoy it from.

  • This entrance to this home is on the ground floor, however there are a couple of steps up from the street-level.
  • The bedrooms in this home are on the lower-ground floor.
  • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
  • The dining table only seats 4 people, however there are bar stools that can be sat on.
  • Some noise can be heard from the communal front door opening and closing in this building.

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
