Designed by architect Hugo Tugman and brought to life by acclaimed interior designer Brian Woulfe, the four-bedroom home is full of unexpected moments. A dramatic triple-height void draws daylight through the heart of the house, while angled walls, bespoke joinery, and carefully framed views lend a distinctive architectural rhythm throughout. The sleek Roundhouse kitchen flows into generous living and dining spaces, complemented by a mezzanine reception room and dedicated study. The primary suite opens onto its own enclosed glass courtyard, bringing natural light and a sense of indoor-outdoor living. Throughout, tactile materials and curated furnishings soften the home’s contemporary edge.

Outside, a private courtyard garden extends the living space, with concertina windows opening onto an alfresco breakfast bar and secluded patio. It’s an inviting setting for slow mornings over coffee, long summer lunches, or relaxed evenings gathered with friends after a day exploring the city.

Though wonderfully tucked away, Elgin Corner places some of west London’s most beloved neighborhoods within easy reach.   • This home does not have air conditioning. We will place fans in each room that requires them between May and September.
  • This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children, and may accept pets on request. Should your pet be accepted, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destination specialists for information.
  • This home is spread over three levels with no internal elevator.
  • There is parking on request at this home, which if available, can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our destinations specialists if you wish to enquire about the space.
  • There is a camera inside this home, however it won’t be on during your stay.
  • The fourth bedroom has limited storage.
  • One lovable dog occasionally lives in this home. They won’t be there during your stay however this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
  • The stairs in this home do not have a handrail, however there are walls on either side.
  • This home is nearby a school. Some noise may be evident outside of the home with the coming and going of children.
  • The bed in the third bedroom can be made up as a twin, or a super-king measuring 180x190cm. Please let us know how you’d like them set up for your stay.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
