Hans Place II shares Knightsbridge’s refined air. Entering into a hallway, you’ll find the second bedroom (elegantly decorated in shades of grey, with a king-size bed and a marble ensuite) first on the left. Then along to the right is the master bedroom – also grey-painted, with a super king bed (above which hangs a soothing artwork), a smart ensuite and a little balcony.
The rest of this home’s rooms are to be found downstairs, where you’ll come to the third bedroom straight ahead. Next along is the third bathroom, and then the kitchen is on the right. It’s sleekly fitted, with rows of bright crockery and a dining table for six atop a vivid rug. Through the last doorway here, there’s the sitting room – a laidback space with art-lined walls, a low-slung sofa and a flatscreen television. From there, doors open onto a courtyard garden with plenty of seats.
This home is fully air conditioned.
This home has underfloor heating in all the rooms except the third bedroom. You will have an electric radiator provided.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the Second Bedroom En-suite bath tub has been replaced with a shower instead. We will be taking new photographs soon.
The fireplaces in this home are not in use.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
