Despite its location in one of the liveliest parts of town, in this home, tranquillity is the order of the day. Up a staircase lined with stained-glass windows, you’ll come to the sitting room. The open plan living space is a calming green, with honey-coloured original floorboards. Folding doors open onto the kitchen, with its pendant lighting and white marble countertops. There’s a bathroom here, with black-and-white-tiled floors.
Then, on the floor above, you’ll come to the three bedrooms. Just to your left is the third bedroom (with a single bed) and the second bedroom (with a double). Next door there’s the master bedroom, with its ensuite, brass bedstead and the loveliest of ornamental fireplaces. The bathroom has a traditional feel, with its panelled walls and free-standing bath.
There is no wardrobe in the second and third bedrooms but we will provide a hanging rail for your stay.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the baby cot in the second bedroom has been removed.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Some traffic noise can be heard from inside the second bedroom and sitting room.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the single bed in the third bedroom has been replaced with bunk beds.
This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
