Set over four levels, there are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, culminating in the master bedroom on the top floor, which has its own terrace as well as a light-filled ensuite bathroom with a standalone roll top bath. The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms can be found on the floors below, with the entrance level comprising a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining room that leads to a lovely walled garden, perfect for summer dining and early morning cups of tea.
Dressed in a palette of understated neutrals with an abundance of sumptuous furnishings, classic accessories and family photographs that add a homely, personal touch, Somerset Square is a wonderful retreat to return to after a day spent exploring the delights of nearby neighbourhoods like Notting Hill and Kensington and, beyond that, the West End with its shops, restaurants and theatres.

This home has air-conditioning in the master and third bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in the other bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
The fourth bedroom is accessed through the sitting room, it is partitioned off from the rest of the room by sound proofed doors.
There is a sofabed in the fourth bedroom which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
There is no storage in the fourth bedroom but there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the hall just outside the room.
There is space for up to two cars in the driveway of this home.
In spring 2023 the house is undergoing refurbishment of the third and fourth levels. As part of this the third bedroom is being divided into two separate bedrooms, each with a single bed.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot the interlocking twin beds in the second bedroom have been replaced by a small double bed.
There is restricted access to the small double bed in the second bedroom.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
