Nestled in a quiet residential North London neighbourhood, Rees Street II is a delightful family home, offering guests a rare chance to experience a side of London not often glimpsed by passing visitors.
Occupying a terraced townhouse, four bedrooms and two bathrooms unfold over four levels. Of particular note is the master bedroom, which features a walk-in dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with Crittall-style doors that smartly don't compromise on light or space.
Speaking of which, an abundance of natural light is certainly characteristic of this home, particularly on the lower ground floor, which houses an open-plan kitchen and a cosy family room with a skylight. The family room leads to a private two-level outdoor space with a dining area. Elsewhere, the entrance level features another sitting room, while the second floor also has a nursery for those travelling with babies.
The style throughout is modern with a palette of bleached herringbone oak flooring, woven carpets and neutral tones creating a base for bold statement colours – like sage greens and petrol-blue hues. The splashes of vibrant colour are expertly revealed through relaxed furnishings and contemporary details, from the artwork to the bathroom tiles.
The home is situated a short 15-minute walk from Angel Underground Station, as well as the shops and restaurants on Upper Street. Regent's Canal is also just a few steps away, where you can spend a day meandering the entire nine-mile length from Little Venice to the River Thames.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
