Stepping inside this third-floor home you’ll find yourself in the hallway, with the master bedroom and bathroom on the left. A guitar hangs on the wall by the door, and facing a chic brass bedframe is an antique mirror and a wooden chest of drawers. At the end of the hallway, the sitting room has a vintage look too.

In the sitting room, there are curvy white sideboards and wooden tables, tastefully lined with sculptures and pottery. To the right you’ll come to the compact kitchen, with wooden worktops and matching cream tiles and cabinets. But the home’s star attraction is the terrace, straight ahead from the sitting room. Potted plants surround a corner sofa and outdoor dining table, and there’s a panoramic view of the surrounding West End.

There is no dining table in this home.

This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.

This home shows some signs of wear.

The elevator in this apartment building only goes to the third floor. You'll have to climb one flight of stairs to reach the home's front door.

There is a new corner double sofa-bed in the sitting room that can sleep two but is more comfortable for just one person. When set up the available living space is largely reduced. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

Due to its central location and single glazed windows, some outside noise can be heard from inside the home.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
