Earlsfield High Street is brimming with lively pubs and cafés, with an international dining selection. Old York Road, a short walk from Magdalen Road, offers boutique shopping, artisanal bakeries and delicatessens, and pretty al fresco brunch spots.

The four other bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a deep soaking tub, elevated by antique gold accents. Three of these bedrooms offer a cosy double bed and a king-size bed is found in the other.   • This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.

  • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

  • This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

  • There is off-street parking available for up to two cars directly in front of the home. Please speak with a sales adviser for more information.

  • The homeowner’s gardener will visit once a week. You will be informed closer to your stay of their arrival day and time.

  • There is a Peloton exercise bike in the home that is available to experienced users.

  • The dining table has only eight chairs, however more can be taken from around the home.

  • There is limited access to the right-hand side of the fourth bedroom bed.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
