With an abundance of restaurants, bars and boutiques dotted around bustling Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, you’ll be spoilt for choice on where to eat, drink and shop. If you fancy stretching your legs, then the nearby canal makes for an excellent stroll.

Taking its inspiration from a collection of artists and intellectuals who occupied the area in the first half of the 20th century – known as the Bloomsbury Group – this sumptuous townhouse is truly a feast for the eyes. This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

There are many staircases in this home, some of which are steep and slippy.

This home is directly above King's Cross Underground Station. You can hear and feel the trains throughout the home.

There is no chest of drawers in the second bedroom. A hanging rail with shelf dividers will be provided.

While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
