Set within a converted factory nestled upon a quiet mews-like street, two-bedroom Jeffrey's Place embodies the alternative and artsy vibe of Camden. With its iconic market selling all kinds of unique vintage pieces, buzzing canal-side bars, and hip cafes, there’s plenty to see – and this trendy, industrial-style apartment puts you right in the heart of it all.

Inside is a spacious open-plan configuration; the sitting room, kitchen, and dining area are combined into a single, convenient layout. You’ll first pass by the dining table set, backed by a full-to-the-brim bookshelf and bathed in lots of natural light from the three large windows to your right. Up ahead is the lounge, furnished with a collection of cosy fabric sofas and chairs to snuggle into. The contemporary kitchen is to your left, fitted with sleek white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Rustic, edgy interior design flows throughout; the hardwood flooring, exposed brick walls, and industrial-style lighting fixtures all combine to create a unique abode with plenty of individual character. This theme continues into the master bedroom, which offers a king-sized bed beneath an exposed ceiling and beside a rustic red brick feature wall. This bedroom also has its own private ensuite bathroom. Just as stylish is the second bedroom, also fitted with a king-sized bed.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

There are stairs up to the entrance of this home with no elevator.

This home accepts babies, toddlers and children.

Whilst this home does not accept pets, they will be considered on request. If so, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.

There is construction taking place on the roof above this home. Scaffolding will be going up and workers will use the communal staircase. The working hours are 8AM-6PM on weekdays, and 8AM-1PM on a Saturday.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
