From the vantage point of Primrose Hill, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the London skyline while surrounded by natural beauty. Part of the much larger Regent's Park, this area of London has always appealed to those who appreciate the refinements of elegant city living but still want that countryside feeling. Spend your time discovering exclusive gourmet restaurants in Soho and Marylebone or strolling around the art galleries of Fitzrovia, a celebrated haunt of artists and writers.
Hawtrey Road has a modern interior with plenty of personality. The entrance leads you into a spacious, open-plan living area lavishly decorated with plush leather sofas enhanced with colourful soft furnishings and plenty of sculptural plants. The light floods in through the bi-folding doors that lead out into the private garden. This outdoor space is thoughtfully laid out, creating an Italian garden concept featuring an al fresco dining space for those warm summer evenings. The kitchen is ultra-chic and state-of-the-art, while the intimate dining area has plenty of room for those family meals.
Four sumptuous bedrooms are soothingly decorated in gentle tones to create restful hideaways. The main suite is located on the second level and offers a super-king-size bed and an opulent ensuite bathroom. A single bedroom on this level is ideal for a younger guest and also has its own ensuite. On the third level, the two remaining bedrooms provide a king-size and a spacious double bed, respectively, as well as a private workspace and two more ensuite bathrooms.
The garden is a welcoming, sunny space filled with mature plants and aged timber fencing that gives guests complete privacy. The transition from interior to exterior is flawless, giving Hawtrey Road II real character and appeal.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is split over three floors with no internal elevator.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers and pets.
Some traffic noise can be heard from the road at the back of the house.

There are external CCTV cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
