Description
Tucked away on a lane in the heart of Kensington, Gregory Place is a home worth discovering. Vintage travel posters line the walls in the sitting room, to the left of the entrance hallway, which has wooden floors and a cream corner sofa. There’s a skylight overhead, and to the left is the open-plan kitchen. It’s a contemporary space, with a round dining table for six and glossy black cabinets that stand out against white walls.
Straight ahead of the front door is the staircase to the first floor. The second bedroom is on the left, the third bedroom to the right. Both have shuttered windows and a varnished wooden floor, and the second bedroom has a double bed with a bright pink headboard. There’s a bathroom straight ahead, and another upstairs and to the left. Up here, there’s one room left to discover—the master bedroom, with its king-sized bed and walkin closet.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
The dressing room for the master bedroom is located in the hallway outside the room.
The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
The handrail in the staircase of this home is a rope, please take care if you are staying with small children.
The home across the street is being renovated, some noise might be heard inside the home.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
