This four-bedroom retreat can be found on a quiet residential street in Wandsworth, less than a mile from the scenic surroundings of Wandsworth Common and its namesake station that offers seamless transport links into Central London.

At the heart of this charming home is the main sitting room, where a pair of folding doors allow the option of creating a soothing sanctuary, or a sociable, open-plan layout when it’s time to entertain. Concealed behind the doors is the modern kitchen, set across from an eight-seater French-style dining table; its delicate, antique features adding a touch of traditional elegance to an otherwise contemporary space fitted with plenty of mod-cons.

Just a few steps below is the second sitting room, a bright and welcoming space overlooking the home’s leafy garden. On warm summer days, you can slide back the doors and let the fresh air roll in, or make the most of the glorious weather with an alfresco lunch out on the patio itself.

The lower level offers even more room for your family to unwind with a third sitting room. Furnished with a desk facing the sunny bay window, it also makes a great office area for those working from home while away.

You’ll find the sophisticated master bedroom on the second level, boasting a dressing room, private ensuite bathroom, and a super king-size bed to sink into. This level is also shared by the fourth bedroom, offering two single beds. On the third level are the second and third bedrooms, both with king-sized beds; the second enjoys the use of an ensuite bathroom.

  • There are external CCTV cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.

  • This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.

  • The fireplace in this home is not for guest use.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
