Tradition is the word at Gibson Square – an apartment in a Georgian townhouse, just off bustling Upper Street. The front door leads upstairs to the kitchen on the right, which has white cabinets and a rough-hewn wooden dining table. Also to the right is a door leading down to the paved communal garden, and straight ahead is the sitting room. You’ll find a large gilt mirror and a grey sofabed, while cream walls are lined on both sides by shelves of books.
Next, you’ll find the single bedroom (upstairs and to the right), which has an antique sideboard and a vintage globe. There’s an ornate armchair in the master bedroom, next door, and straight ahead is the bathroom. It’s contemporary yet quaint, with a sash window, white metro tiles and a green pastel palette.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
There is a sofabed in the sitting room which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
There is now a bunk bed in the second bedroom, the lower bunk is a small double, the upper bunk a single. We'll be taking new photographs soon.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
