On a tranquil, tree-dotted street close to Kensington Gardens, this home has a soft palette to match. Entering at street level you’ll find the kitchen – which has white cabinets and a granite-topped breakfast bar – and straight ahead, there’s space for six at the dining table’s grey high-backed chairs. Beyond the dining room, the sitting room is contemporary too, from the cream sofa and contemporary armchairs to the skylights above the clean-lined coffee table.
Through bifold doors, there’s more seating space out on the paved, white-washed patio. On the first floor, the dark-tiled bathroom is at the top of the stairs, followed by the compact fourth bedroom and the larger second bedroom (both with double beds). Up again you’ll find the second bathroom, the third bedroom (with another double bed), and finally the master bedroom, which has cream-coloured walls and a grey button-backed double bed.
This home accepts babies but it doesn't accept toddlers or children.
There is a small double bed in the third and fourth bedrooms. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
The dining table in sitting room can accommodate up to six people.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
