Cadogan Street III is a five bedroom, four bathroom home in Chelsea. This home’s three sitting rooms are all white-painted, with charming furnishings (many antique) and pretty accessories, and its dining room and kitchen are decorated in the same laidback style. The master bedroom is simple, yet very inviting, with its unfussy furniture, nature-inspired artworks and sleek ensuite. The area’s quiet and exclusive, but nearby Pavilion Road is lined with boutiques and eateries. Sloane Square, where you’ll find more smart shops and the nearest tube station, is just a seven-minute walk away.
This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot there is now outdoor furniture in the garden.
There is an air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in all other bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The beds in the fourth bedroom can be set up as two singles or super king. Please let us know when you book.
There is currently construction works happening on a neighbouring home. Some noise may be heard from inside the home during working hours.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
