Close by is the vibrant neighbourhood of Notting Hill, home to one of the world’s greatest carnivals, Portobello Market and a fantastic choice of restaurants. With Paddington Station nearby, exploring further afield to the rolling South Downs and the Cotswolds is easy.

From the moment you walk into the double-height living space, you’ll know you’re in a very special London apartment. The features of the mews house have been retained but accentuated with contemporary touches that bring it to life. The large sitting room and dining area are inspiring, with bespoke wall artwork and a delightful mix of one-off furnishings, including a huge floor-standing mirror. The kitchen is sleek and fitted with all the latest appliances, balanced with older features, such as the genuine butler’s sink.

Stroll up the unique spiral staircase to the upper level, where you’ll find the primary suite which has an indulgent super-king-size bed, while the remaining two guest rooms below, have a choice of a king-size or a double bed. The primary suite and the second bedroom both have ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom is close to the additional bathroom that completes the mews house layout.

Just a short walk away is the wide-open space of Hyde Park, where you can go for an early-morning run, yoga session, or a spot of wild swimming in the Serpentine. With easy access to the city’s centre and a multitude of dining and entertainment options, Brook Mews North II is the ideal base for a London vacation.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
