At leisureYour host spends most of her time in the Scottish Highlands, but has called Beaufort Gardens home for 25 years, particularly fond of being within easy reach of the city’s finest diversions.

##Untold riches Whether busy days spent sightseeing or languid days spent lounging appeal, this majestic home will meet all needs with ease. The well-equipped kitchen is pleasingly modern, and in a nearby nook there’s a dining table to seat five.

Each ensuite bedroom is subtly sophisticated, and both look out onto this home’s shining jewel – a secluded courtyard garden. Here, amongst the many flowers and climbing plants, an elegant statuette can be glimpsed, and there’s even an ornately carved fountain. What’s more, there’s a wrought-iron table and chairs, making this a splendid spot in which to dine outdoors.

HOME TRUTHS
  • This apartment is on the lower ground floor and is accessible via a separate entrance to the main building with a metal staircase.

  • There is limited phone reception inside this home.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers and children and pets on a request basis.

  • Since the onefinestay photo shoot the second bedroom en-suite now has a free standing shower rather than an integrated bath shower. We will be taking new photographs soon.

  • This home doesn’t have air conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • The WiFi strength in the second bedroom is poor.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
