Westbourne Park Road XVI is a four-bedroom home in London’s Notting Hill neighbourhood, ideal for family breaks. It pairs its fabulous location with striking, modern interiors that are bound to wow you from the moment you walk through the door.
This part of the city is an ideal base for anyone who enjoys shopping or walks in the park. The famous Portobello Road Market is a ten-minute stroll away, and ten minutes in a taxi will get you to Westfield for more retail therapy. When it’s time to relax, why not picnic in Hyde Park? The beautiful Kensington Palace sits at one end, while the other’s marked by the grand Wellington Arch. Royal Oak station is a five-minute walk away if you fancy exploring further afield, or stay local and enjoy a chilled glass of wine or pint in one of the area’s many picturesque pubs.
Downstairs, the main sitting area features dark wood flooring, bold wallpaper and plush sofas. A second living room takes on a pink theme, with fun touches like neon wall art and a wallpapered ceiling. It leads to the large kitchen, where a curved island, colourful bar stalls and sleek, dark grey units greet you. The first thing to catch your eye, though, will surely be the courtyard that sits behind the stunning glass sliding doors. It comes with a swing chair, a basketball hoop and a built-in slide, which will make children smile.
Upstairs, the four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests. The bold master bedroom has a spacious ensuite with a free-standing bath and separate shower. Bedroom two is pretty in pink, with a small double bed, while bedroom three comes with two singles – perfect for children. The fourth bedroom also features a small double bed and child-friendly furnishings. As for the main bathroom, it’s modern and bright, complete with a bath with a shower overhead. There’s a handy downstairs toilet, as well. The perfect spot for families and groups of friends alike, Westbourne Park Road XVI invites you to explore a more local side of the city.
This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
This home is split over four floors with no internal elevator.
There are stairs up to the entrance of this home with no elevator.
One loveable dog lives in this home. They won’t be there during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
The fireplace in this home is purely ornamental.
There is a small double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
There is no hanging space in the second bedroom, however there is additional space in the master bedroom.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
