Change of sceneryUnlike the traditional Bayswater avenue on which you’ll find it, Sussex Gardens III is quietly contemporary. Entering on the lower ground floor, the second bathroom is on the left, and there’s a pair of single beds in the third bedroom, just opposite. A hallway on the right leads to the second bedroom (with a bunk bed) and then you’ll come to the bathroom. The master bedroom, next door, has neutral colours and a contrastingly vintage writing desk.
Follow the hallway to the end and you’ll find the sitting room. Flush-fitted shelves are filled with books, and just as orderly looking are the white walls and facing pair of cream sofas. Across the wooden flooring, there are clean lines and grey-and-white cabinets in the kitchen, and six can sit at the round wooden dining table, framed by sloping skylights and colourful art.
This home is on the lower ground floor and there are stairs to reach the entrance.
There is a sofabed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared instead of the upper bunk bed.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.
The bunk bed in the second bedroom will comfortably sleep one adult on the bottom single, and has room for a further one adult on the top bunk.
This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.
This home doesn’t have air conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the TV in the sitting room has been removed.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
