St George Wharf III is a three bedroom, three bathroom home in Vauxhall. This home’s open-plan living area has a contemporary kitchen, a marble-topped dining table and several smart places to sit. What’s more, beyond the many windows stretches one of the largest residential terraces in the city. Both the outdoor dining table and miniature putting green boast panoramic views that capture treasured London hot spots such as The London Eye, Big Ben and Battersea Power Station, to name but a few. The ensuite master bedroom – a pale-painted, sleekly furnished room – has a similarly striking outlook. Vauxhall’s central and lively, and you’ll find many bars and eateries, plus the famous Tate Britain, within walking distance. And it’s just a two-minute walk to Vauxhall tube station.
There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms only. We will provide heaters for the other rooms of the home.
This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this home including the outside areas.
There is no permanent hanging space available in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for bookings.
There is a lift to take you directly to the home. Within the home, there are two steps up to the terrace and one step in the master bedroom bathroom.
This home is currently on the market and so the homeowner may request that a viewing take place. You will always be asked with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
