This spacious three-bedroom home can sleep up to five guests and has a serene garden, a separate office studio, and that rarest of London commodities: off-road parking. Located in leafy West Hampstead, it’s conveniently close to public transport links, as well as the charms of Maida Vale and Little Venice.

West Hampstead is a quiet residential area with grand Victorian houses and London Plane trees lining the wide roads. With welcoming neighbourhood restaurants, delicatessens and boutiques, it has a refined bohemian feel. Central London is within easy reach from nearby West Hampstead Tube, and several green spaces are within a short drive or tube ride, including Hampstead Heath, Regent’s Park, and Primrose Hill – great for afternoon strolls and Sunday picnics.

Priory Road III’s contemporary interior achieves a delicate balance between chic and cosy. The neutral palette and large windows opening onto the garden flood the home with natural light, reflected by the polished wooden floors and white walls. The social areas are relaxed and welcoming with plush furniture, while the kitchen/dining area is the perfect setting for extravagant feasts and quick snacks alike.

The three bedrooms continue the neutral décor theme. The primary suite has a king-size bed and attractive ensuite, while the two guest rooms both have single beds, one with a trundle for an additional guest. These would make excellent rooms for children or older teenagers. The second guestroom also has its own ensuite, while an additional bathroom completes the interior layout.

Outside, a large garden with al fresco dining and a large, sunny terrace for evening soirees. A separate office studio with WiFi is located at the end of the lawn – ideal if you are in London on business and need a little peace to focus on your work.

  • This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is located on the lower ground floor, with several stairs from street-level to the front door.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children but does not accept pets.

  • There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom that can be set up for one or two guests. Please let us know before your booking how you would like it prepared.

  • The hanging storage for the second bedroom is located outside the room in the entrance hallway.

  • There are CCTV cameras located on the outside of this home, however, these will only be activated when the alarm is set.

  • There are cameras inside of this home however they are not live.

  • The TVs in the second and master bedroom are internet-access only, however the sitting room TV has access to terrestrial channels.

  • There is a parking space for one vehicle available with this home. Please speak to our sales team for more information.

  • The office features a useable computer monitor as well as a WiFi connection.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
