Known as the ‘Five Fields’ during Tudor times, it went from being a haunt for highwaymen to one of London’s more gentile neighbourhoods. Today, it’s a thriving and lively place where you’ll find fine dining on every street and plenty of independent stores to browse. Excellent links to the West End make getting to Drury Lane or Covent Garden easy for a night at the opera or theatre.

Passmore Street utilises modernist motifs softened and brightened with colourful artwork and bespoke furniture, some of which add an Asian design element to the décor. The living room is bright and cheery, with an outside terrace where you can enjoy the evening sunshine. The sleek and well-appointed kitchen and spacious dining area invite guests to socialise and chat while the designated chef whips up a feast.

On the same level as the kitchen and dining room is one of the home’s three bedrooms, with a cosy king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. A second guest room on the second level features a spacious double bed and an attractive bathroom next door. The primary suite occupies the third level and boasts a sumptuous super-king-size bed, private dressing room and air conditioning to keep it cool in the summer months – an unusual feature in London properties. The ensuite bathroom is a delight, with an indulgent roll-top soak tub, shower, and vanity unit.

Passmore Street has a small terrace attached to the second-level sitting room and also benefits from a private garden. The suntrap garden has outdoor seating and a barbeque for those warm summer evenings.   • There is air conditioning in sitting room and master bedroom only. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

  • This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.

  • This home accepts pets on request.

  • There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space.

  • The home opposite this one is undergoing a major refurbishment lasting two years. Noise can be heard inside the home during working hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
