One of London’s secret locations, De Beauvoir village is an eclectic blend of authentic East End life and a wealth of new delicatessens, exclusive restaurants and cafés. A peaceful, tranquil and picturesque neighbourhood, it’s also close to attractions such as Regent’s Canal for leisurely afternoon walks.

Northchurch Terrace captures the spirit of this vibrant part of London with a blend of contemporary décor that accents the home’s original characteristics. The entrance level welcomes guests into the first of two sitting rooms, this one making use of heritage design touches with modern aspects to create a homely, comfortable room. Descend to the lower level, and the décor changes, with a bright, sunny sitting room in neutral colours that opens onto the home’s gorgeous terraced garden. The kitchen/dining area is spacious and sleek, with skylights that allow light to flood in.

The three bedrooms are split between the lower and the upper levels, with a double guest room on the lower level, resplendent in a Regency/Georgian style and with easy access to the home’s second bathroom. You’ll find the spacious primary suite with a comfortable double bed and a sumptuous ensuite at the upper level. The second guest room also offers a cosy double bed and vintage furniture for a relaxed, soothing ambience.

Outside, Northchurch Terrace has a lovely south-facing garden with plenty of space for al fresco dining. If you prefer to eat out, the restaurants of De Beauvoir village beckon. Your dedicated concierge can arrange for reservations for a special anniversary meal. If you’re anxious to explore the delights of the West End, nearby transport links are plentiful, and your concierge can also arrange for tickets and taxi bookings for that perfect evening out.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
