Earls Court Station is a five-minute walk away, opening the doors to nearby South Kensington and Notting Hill. To the east, are the attractions and business districts of Central London; while to the west you’ll find the gorgeous open spaces of Kew Gardens and Richmond.
High ceilings and floods of natural light define the spaces in this stylish London home. The living room feels fresh and welcoming – the walls are adorned with modern artwork, while a glossy Bechstein piano sits next to the sumptuous seating area. The home boasts an attractive pastel sage kitchen, brimming with modern appliances. Enjoy morning coffee and pastries at the kitchen table then share supper at the chic wooden dining table in the living room.
The serene primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a beautifully presented blue and white ensuite, with twin vanity sinks and a large rainfall shower. The second bedroom offers a snug single bed and benefits from a chic white-tiled ensuite with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, with access to a monochrome bathroom, calms with soothing green tones and houses two single beds, each within its own nook. Up to two further guests can be accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed in the delightful apricot-hued office space. You can enjoy direct access to the home’s neat garden from each of the bedrooms and the office space.
Earls Court offers café culture by day and a cool, contemporary bar and global dining scene by night. Head to affluent South Kensington, just a ten-minute drive away, to explore the capital’s finest cultural attractions, including the Natural History Museum, V&A and the Royal Albert Hall. Fifteen minutes north of Nevern Square X lie the bohemian delights of Notting Hill. Portobello Road is a treasure trove of little shops and bustling market stalls selling antiques, vintage fashion, and art; the area also has some of the best restaurants in the capital including The Ledbury and Core by Clare Smyth.
This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

This home is spread over two levels with no internal elevator.
The master and second bedroom are on the lower-ground floor.
The entrance to this home is on the ground floor, however there are several steps up from the street.
There is a CCTV camera in this homes sitting room, although it will be switched off before your arrival.

There are renovations taking place in the basement flat next door to this home. Some noise can be heard during normal working hours.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
There is limited storage in the third bedroom.
There is a sofa bed in the study at the back of the garden. It can sleep two people but may be more comfortable for one. There is no bathroom and does not have any storage.
The stairs in this home are steep and may not be suitable for toddlers or those with mobility issues.
The third bedroom features a hidden sliding door that divides the room into two.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
