The wide, tree-lined streets of Maida Vale boast grand Victorian architecture which you can admire as you stroll to nearby Regent’s Park or Lord’s Cricket Ground. You’re just a few minutes’ walk from picturesque Little Venice, where you can wander beside the Grand Union Canal before visiting one of the neighbourhood’s trendy restaurants or cocktail bars. Buzzing Notting Hill, with its eclectic shopping opportunities, is just a ten-minute drive from Maida Avenue II, while chic Marylebone, with its leading attractions, sits a 15-minute drive in the opposite direction.
Maida Avenue II offers two delightful sitting rooms, where plush sofas and contemporary styling make for relaxed, cosy spaces to unwind. For those visiting London on business, one of the sitting rooms offers a handy work desk. The family-friendly open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space provides a seamless flow out onto a gorgeous terrace and to the garden beyond. Pink pastel hues and marble accents elevate the elegant white kitchen, which also has an attractive breakfast bar. The dining area is bathed in natural light and there are al fresco dining opportunities for balmy summer evenings.
The spacious king-size primary bedroom impresses with its sumptuous velvet bed, statement wallpaper, and a divine private terrace for quiet nightcaps. Its elegant ensuite offers both a shower and a tub. The second bedroom, offering a king-size bed, feels relaxed and calm with minimalist styling and soft tones. The third bedroom accommodates two guests on a sumptuous sofa bed. This modern, monochrome space also benefits from a work desk. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and deep blue accents.
This home has air conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between May and September we will place fans in each of the rooms that need them.

Two loveable dogs live at this home. They won’t be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
