Resplendent with grand Victorian architecture and high-end shopping opportunities, Kensington also houses some of the city’s most popular tourist attractions. Make the short journey to the fascinating Natural History Museum, the historical Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall to top up your cultural batteries. If you need an hour to escape the busy London streets, retreat to the botanical beauty of Kensington Gardens. Here you’ll also find the Serpentine Galleries, displaying contemporary artworks.
Featuring a charming blend of period features, antiques and contemporary styling, this apartment is flooded with natural light, creating a peaceful vibe in buzzing Kensington. Colourful fabrics, artwork and rugs add warmth to the white walls and furniture, encouraging you to cosy together for movie nights in front of the flat screen. The fresh kitchen-dining room ensures cooking in the apartment is a pleasure – and why not visit one of the local food markets to buy produce for your feasts?
Sink into the delightfully comfortable beds in the three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom, glowing with peachy hues, offers a divine super king-size bed. The second bedroom, cheerful with yellow accent walls, provides a twin-size bed, and the final bedroom offers a child’s bed. You’ll also discover two chic bathrooms housing a deep tub and a walk-in shower.
A hidden gem, climb to the stunning roof terrace to savour a nightcap with a view over leafy Kensington. Kensington Square Garden, an oasis of calm, is just along the road and offers a charming spot for evening strolls with the family.
This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
The entrance to this home is on the sixth floor with elevator access.
Access to this home is not step-free as there is a step up into the entrance door.
The beds in the third bedroom are child-sized.
There is a sofa-bed in the sitting room that can sleep two people. Please let us know if you would like it to be set up for your stay.
The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
Children are not allowed out on the terrace.
The home’s TV is powered by Apple TV only, please have your Apple ID account handy.
This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
