De Beauvoir town is one of London’s hidden gems. This historic enclave between Hackney and Islington is a delightful area where you can stroll along the Regent’s Canal and find a coffee shop for a mid-morning break or spend the afternoon visiting galleries and boutiques. Excellent transport links, including overland rail from Haggerston and Dalston Junction and the tube from Highbury & Islington, make it easy to access central London.

Throughout Englefield Road, there is a real sense of personality. The two sitting rooms have a bohemian feel with unique artwork and retro-style furniture. The second sitting room is flooded with light thanks to the conservatory extension that looks out onto a verdant, mature garden. The kitchen is filled with high-end appliances and has a country-cottage charm, including an inviting dining area and access to the garden patio for al fresco BBQs. For business travellers, a well-equipped office with fast, reliable WiFi provides a quiet space to work.

The home’s five bedrooms are individually decorated to provide peaceful havens where you can relax and unwind at the end of the day. The primary suite is on the second level and has a king-size bed and an attractive ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also furnished with a king-size bed, is also on this floor, as well as a separate bathroom with a feature roll-top bath. The three remaining bedrooms are on the third level and include two rooms with king-size beds and a sunny children’s room with a single bed and optional trundle.

  • The TV in the second sitting room is powered by Apple TV only, please have your Apple ID account handy.

  • One loveable cat lives in this home. They won’t be around for your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
