Earl’s Court offers superb travel connections to Heathrow Airport, and it couldn’t be easier to hop on the tube and whisk yourself off to the world-class museums of South Kensington, the bohemian shopping opportunities in trendy Notting Hill, and leafy Hyde Park in affluent Kensington. Closer to home, you’ll find a sprinkling of lovely cafés for your morning coffee and pastry and superb dining opportunities within walking distance, including the delectable French cuisine and Old-World wines at Margaux and contemporary European fare at The Abingdon.

The refined Earl’s Court Square XI benefits from two classically elegant living rooms, with antique-style furnishings and lavish window dressings. There are six minimalist bedrooms, made serene by soft tones and streams of natural light. On the first level down there is a king-size bedroom, with a bathroom nextdoor. Then on the third level the primary suite impresses with a super king-size bed and two ensuites, including one with a lovely roll-top bath. There is also a bedroom on this level with a double bed and access to a private bathroom. The fourth floor is home to three ensuite bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed.

HOME TRUTHS
  • This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is spread over five floors with internal elevator access. However, the elevator does not go to the sixth floor where the roof terrace is.

  • The fifth bedroom is on the lower-ground floor.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children, but does not accept pets.

  • There will be a TV in the study of this home.

  • The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

  • There are several steps up to the entrance of this home.

  • There are CCTV cameras on the outside of this home, however there are none inside.

  • There is only flat storage available in the fourth and fifth bedrooms.

  • The dining table in the kitchen seats six people, however chairs can be moved from the formal dining room to the kitchen, and vice versa.

  • The clothes washing machine is currently out of order, however you may get in touch with our guest service team who can arrange a laundry collection.

  • There is scaffolding up on the building opposite this home.

  • The TV in this home is internet-access only.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
