Disbrowe Road also has that most desirable of city features – a private garden. The patio is just perfect during the summer for an al fresco meal or a glass of wine in the evening. If the nights get chilly, the intimate dining room and gourmet kitchen are yours to enjoy, followed by a little soirée in the cosy living room.

Three bedrooms utilise neutral colourways to create fuss-free, tranquil retreats that guarantee a good night’s sleep. A super-king-size bed with a traditional Victorian-style bedstead dominates the master bedroom, while a small double occupies the second level. Lastly, a king-size bed resides on the third level. All rooms are bright with beautifully-appointed ensuites and bathrooms.

  • This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

  • This home is split over three levels with no internal elevator.

  • Two budgies normally live in this home. They won’t be around during your stay but one cage will be left in the kitchen. Therefore, this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
