A pleasant stroll up to South Kensington will bring you to world-class cultural attractions like the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. You can spend a full day in “South Ken”, relishing supper at one of the many Michelin-starred restaurants before enjoying a performance at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.

Back at home, a gorgeous bay window floods the open-plan living space with natural light. A fresh, minimalist aesthetic enhances this high-ceilinged room, and there is a cosy sofa and leather seating where you can unwind with a cup of tea. The stylish grey kitchen sits in a neat alcove and offers everything you could need to whip up supper. A glass-topped bistro table sits by the bay window, providing a lovely spot to dine together.

The modern styling flows into the first bedroom, where statement artwork adorns the walls, adding character to this serenely pared-back space; this bedroom houses a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a snug double bed and benefits from access to a pretty terrace with a leafy outlook, where you can savour your morning coffee. The home’s beautifully presented bathroom features elegant tiling and a walk-in waterfall shower.

  • This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is on the first floor with no elevator access.

  • This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers, children or pets.

  • The bed in the second bedroom is only accessible from one side and the foot.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
