Brewster Gardens IV is located in Ladbroke Grove in the West of the city, a charming three-bedroom apartment spread across four floors. With three bedrooms and comfortably sleeping up to six people, Brewster Gardens IV has a cosy ambience with a retro-style interior that immediately makes you feel at home.
Ladbroke Grove is a vibrant, leafy area with green spaces and Georgian squares typical of this part of London. Nearby Portobello Road market and trendy Notting Hill just beg to be explored—especially if you’re a fan of all things vintage—while the shopping delights of Westfield are just a short journey away.
The décor in Brewster Gardens IV has a distinctly continental feel, with a carefully chosen blend of classic, Regency-style furnishings balanced with more modern touches and bespoke items such as the driftwood coffee table. The living area is a relaxed, refined space with a large L-shaped sofa and polished wooden floors. The open-plan design leads naturally onto the kitchen, which has a cottage-like charm with dusky-pink tones balanced by fresh white surfaces. A dining table sits in the window bay of the living area for an intimate dinner party with friends.
The bedrooms are split between the entrance level and the third and fourth levels, giving everyone plenty of personal space and privacy. The primary suite is on the third level, with an indulgent king-size bed and a separate bathroom with a soak tub. The second guestroom is on the fourth floor and has two twin beds and an ensuite, making it suitable for younger guests. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two additional guests. A bathroom with a shower is located on the same floor level.
Brewster Gardens is a perfect choice for families who want to explore London’s attractions or business travellers who want easy access to the West of the city. Ladbroke Grove underground station is within easy reach, and the area is well-served by London bus routes and taxis.
This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
The entrance to this home is on the first floor.
This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
There is limited flat storage space in the master bedroom, however there is a hanging rail that is not pictured in the listing photos.
The third bedroom has a double sofa bed that can sleep up to two people. Please let us know if you would like this set up for your stay.
Some train noise can be heard inside the home from the nearby railway.
There are cameras inside this home however they are not live.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
