Barlby Road III is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in Ladbroke Grove. In the kitchen there are brass cabinets and stone countertops framed by exposed brick and illuminated by an all-glass skylight. There’s a casual sitting area at the far end with a view out onto the tidy garden. A short stroll to the north is Kensal Rise, where you’ll find the elegant Paradise gastro pub, a small collection of shops and cafés, and the beautiful stonework of Kensal Green Cemetery. To the south you’ll find all the buzz of Ladbroke Grove and Portobello Road Market. Ladbroke Grove tube station is about fifteen minutes’ walk away.

HOME TRUTHS
  • This home doesn’t have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

  • The floorboards in this home are rustically styled.

  • One loveable dog lives at this home. He won’t be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

  • The studio in the garden is not for guest use.

  • The homeowners have a pet fish whose tank remains in the home during guest stays. We ask that you take a moment every day or two to feed it.

  • The homeowner’s housekeeper will visit on Tuesday and Friday.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
