The bright living space and restful bedroom make it an ideal setup for couples or solo business travelers, whether in London for a few days or settling in for longer.

A small private balcony gives you your own spot outdoors, an extra-special addition in central London.

Then there’s the location. Regent’s Park is close enough for morning walks and summer evenings at the Open Air Theatre, with Primrose Hill and St John’s Wood beyond. Mayfair, Notting Hill, and Hampstead are all easy to reach, while Marylebone itself has independent boutiques, neighborhood restaurants, pubs, and cafés worth staying local for. Balcombe Street III puts you right in the middle of London life, without making you feel like a tourist in it.

HOME TRUTHS
  • This home does not have air conditioning. Between June and September we will place fans in the rooms that need them. If you require fans outside of these periods, please contact the Guest Experience team.
  • This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
  • This home is on the first floor with no external elevator access.
  • This home is across one level, however there are two steps down into the bedroom.
  • One loveable dog lives in this home. They won’t be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
  • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
  • The communal areas of this building are being redecorated and the carpets replaced. Work is expected to be completed by the end of October 2026.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
