Set on a traditional curved Victorian terrace, Regent’s Park Road VII boasts delightful views across Primrose Hill – undoubtedly one of London’s loveliest vistas. The home offers accommodation for up to eight guests who will relish the village feel of this desirable, leafy neighbourhood. With Chalk Farm station just a ten-minute walk away, the wider city is easily accessible from this characterful London home.
Primrose Hill is a joy to explore, with charming crescents of pastel-hued houses and tree-lined streets dotted with boutiques, book shops, florists, and trendy furniture stores. You’ll find superb restaurants, cafés, and delis on Regent’s Park Road, with a good selection of pubs where you can enjoy an al fresco tipple on warm evenings. Primrose Hill Park and Regent’s Park are just a short stroll away, and there are tranquil towpath walks alongside the canal.
Regent’s Park Road VII is a family home with a wonderful ambience: warm, cosy, and spacious. Sunlight floods both ends of the cheerful first-level living room, which has two distinct seating areas for relaxing and watching TV. There’s a second comfortable living room on the first level down, with access to the garden. This opens onto a lovely dining space and the modern white kitchen – stocked with everything the seasoned home cook could desire.
The home’s five beautifully presented bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. On the second level, the primary bedroom offers a super king-size bed and boasts a lively statement rug and modern art. Its white and marble ensuite bathroom benefits from a dreamy deep soak tub. This level also has a useful office space. On the third level, there are two light and airy bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. These share a bathroom with a tub and overhead waterfall shower. The fourth floor is home to two ensuite bedrooms set beneath the eaves. One has a super king-size bed and the other has a single bed.
A secluded, paved garden makes the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee and there’s a bistro table for sunset suppers. Tuck yourself away in pretty Primrose Hill and savour a refreshingly unhurried side to life in the capital.
This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we’ll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you’d like fans outside the summer period.
This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
The TV in the entrance floor sitting room only has Apple TV and so please have your Apple ID handy. The TVs elsewhere in the home do not require Apple IDs for them to be used.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
