A rare treat for London, this stylish abode boasts a pretty tiled courtyard with ample outdoor seating. From morning coffees to dinner with friends, it’s a fabulous little space to enjoy throughout the summer months.

Westbourne Terrace IX is bursting with individual character, its American-inspired modern design is full of bold colours – from the deep greens of the soft furnishings and kitchen cabinets to the rich orange tones of the art pieces on either side of the sitting room. Fresh, elegant, and incredibly inviting – you just want to curl up on the cosy L-shaped sofa and bask in the home’s gorgeous surroundings.

If do you manage to tear yourself from your cosy retreat, you’ll find Little Venice less than a 15-minute walk away. A scenic district with a selection of quirky barge eateries overlooking the canal – sit and watch the longboats go by on a sunny afternoon, or get on the water yourself with a private boat rental.

After a busy day, you’ll have the choice of three beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom is the largest of them all, boasting a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom offers another king-sized bed, while the third has a single bed and an additional trundle bed. For groups with more than six guests, the sitting room also has a double-sized sofa bed.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

This home is on the lower ground floor with no elevator access. There are exterior steps down that lead you to the entrance.

This home accepts babies, children and toddlers but does not accept pets.

There is a trundle bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

The steps leading down to the entrance of the home are narrow and steep.

This home has internet TV, not satellite or terrestrial channels.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
