The Strand III is a three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse in Covent Garden. Sleekly designed and furnished with the glossiest, most elegant pieces, this home’s open-plan living area is a gorgeous space. It’s made even more striking by its city views, which are best admired from the lofty balcony. The three ensuite bedrooms are just as glamorously done (we especially love the master, with it's dramatic black-marble ensuite with it's very own steam room). You’re in the heart of the city here, within walking distance of some of London’s best museums, galleries and theatres. The nearest tube station, Covent Garden, is only a five-minute walk away.
The homeowners suffer from severe nut allergies so no nut products can be brought into the home.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator and spiral staircase between.
The TVs in this home do not have an aerial and thus normal channels cannot be received. However, On Demand television through the internet can be accessed.
This home accepts children over the age of eight, but does not accept babies and toddlers.
Road works are currently taking place right outside this home and some noise can be heard inside the home particularly when the works are drilling.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
