On the bright side
Steps lead down from a smart South Kensington street to this lower ground-floor home’s entrance. Beyond the glass front door is an airy, open-plan living area, where the dining table and six colourful chairs are straight ahead. Behind that is the sitting area – a contemporary space with a green rug and sky-blue cushions. And off to the right there’s a minimally styled kitchen.
The doorway to the left of the kitchen opens into a corridor, which leads first to a study nook, then to the shower room. Further along are the double and master bedrooms, the latter with its own ensuite bathroom and wide windows overlooking a green garden. Outside, South Kensington is impressive: shops and restaurants abound here, and you’re just a short walk away from London’s museum district.
This home is on the lower ground floor and there are stairs to reach the entrance.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home comfortably sleeps three adults, with an additional double sofabed that can be made up upon request in the living room bringing the maximum occupancy to six.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
