Pretty as a picture

You’ll find Princess Road III up on the first floor. Upon entering the home, the sitting room is to your right. Opposite a marble fireplace, a vintage trunk acts as a coffee table, the sofa cushions are adorned with birds and portraits line the walls. Between the tall windows, there’s an intimate dining table for two, with mismatched wooden dining chairs. Turn a corner for the cupcake-pink kitchen, which has a cute, country feel, thanks to the wooden countertops and the open shelves, which display a mix of china both old and new.

Further on, you’ll come to a smart bathroom with light grey walls and grey-green subway tiles. The bedroom is to the left of the front door. A botanical triptych hangs above the double bed, and there’s an antique dresser in one corner. An original sash window opens onto a view of London townhouses.

The communal area of this home shows signs of wear and tear.

This home doesn't have a dishwasher.

This home's washing machine is located in the communal hallway; however it is for this home's use only.

There is a sofabed in the sitting room which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

Some noise from the nearby school can be heard in the bedroom, particularly during the school's lunch break.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

This home is located one floor up from street level and there is no elevator.

There is currently scaffolding up on the neighbouring building. Although the works are decorative, some noise may be heard from inside the home during working hours.

One loveable dog occasionally stays in this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
