Part of a grand Victorian townhouse a short stroll from Hyde Park, Pembridge Crescent is an eye-catching apartment in Notting Hill. Stepping inside, you’ll come to the open-plan living area to the left. It’s a cool, contemporary space, with a sleek dining table beneath pendant lamps and a large abstract artwork. Opposite, there’s a charcoal-grey sofa, framed by well-chosen artworks and next to it, a wall-mounted TV sits above a slender sidetable.
The kitchen (further along) has flagstone floors and sleek work surfaces. A brace of Marilyn Monroe film posters hang above the double bed in the master bedroom. Lastly, there’s a marble-tiled bathroom with a smart walk-in shower.
The communal areas of the building are a little more tatty than the interior of the flat.
There are stairs up to the entrance, and no elevator.
The staircase inside the flat, whilst being very cool, does not have a handrail. Maybe something to think about with babies.
The second TV in this home, in the bedroom, is for DVDs only.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
