Spread over two floors, Pearson Square consists of a modern, open-plan kitchen and lounge area. Sleek finishes and clean lines lend the room a cool, on-trend aesthetic, while cosy furniture ensures the space is relaxing and inviting. Sofas line the wonderfully tactile floor rug and face a widescreen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony with outdoor seating – the perfect vantage point for your morning coffee.
The master suite also benefits from an understated feel and is fitted with a super king-size bed that guarantees total comfort when you hit the hay. The attached ensuite is all marble finish and indulgent furnishings and incorporates a bathtub and shower for some well-earned ‘me’ time. The bedroom’s glass doors open onto a private balcony with a sun lounger. The second bedroom includes two single beds, ensuring it’s the ideal option for children. Carefully curated artwork hangs from the walls and the bedroom’s glass windows offer great views over Fitzroy Place. Meanwhile, the ensuite bathroom is equipped with a sizable walk-in shower.

One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot the homeowner has replaced the temporary second bed in the second bedroom with a proper single bed.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
