With both classic and contemporary furnishings, this South Kensington home is altogether smart. You enter on the ground floor, where you’ll find all this home’s bedrooms. First up is the master bedroom – a simple, pale-painted room with an ensuite, a button-back king-size bed and, beside the bay window, a striped armchair. Next along is the third bedroom (with a double bed and an ensuite), and then straight ahead there’s the second bedroom, which, as well as another ensuite bathroom, has doors onto a patio.
Then upstairs there’s the kitchen (pretty, with pastel cabinets and marble countertops), across the hall from which you’ll spot the dining room. Beyond its grand table, fireplace and bookshelves, a wide doorway takes you through to the sitting room. This room’s all cushion-spread sofas and armchairs, antiques and lively artworks. Above it is a toilet room and a roof terrace, where there’s a wicker sofa with a city view.
The fireplace in the third bedroom is ornamental.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The TV in the master bedroom has no feature cable, however, you'll find a DVD player to use.
This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
