Nevern Square VIII is a three bedroom, three bathroom home in Earls Court. First up inside is the open-plan living area – a pale-painted, wood-floored room with a smart kitchen and a sophisticated sitting area. Below there’s a second sitting room – metallic-papered, with doors onto the paved garden – as well as the decadent master bedroom, which has a slate-tiled ensuite. You’re charmingly situated on a garden square, and you’ll find many shops and eateries nearby. Kensington’s museums are also within easy reach, and it’s just a five-minute walk to Earls Court tube station.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The master and third bedrooms are on the lower ground floor.
The staircase in this home is steep, and there is no bannister.
This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but not pets.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevators.
There is currently no garden furniture in the garden of this home. The set in the listing photographs is being replaced.
The TV pictured in the master bedroom is no longer there.
The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
