If there’s a sweet tang to this townhouse, it’s because one of your hosts makes jam for a living. Naturally, their favourite room is the kitchen – at once handy and stylish.

Save Highbury’s greens for later and opt instead for the sweeping kitchen. Its surfaces are all the brighter for the glass doors and wide skylights, while the stocky wardrobe is a family heirloom from eastern France.

Whether you take morning tea on the sitting room’s corner sofa, or perch on a barstool for breakfast, the garden is the best place for lazy afternoons. And come sundown, you’ll find the leafy double bedroom, characterful children’s room and seagrass-carpeted master all upstairs.

Pets are very much welcome at this home.

This is a well-loved family home, with signs of everyday wear and tear.

The sofabed room can accommodate two additional guests. Please let our reservations team know how you would like the room to be set up for your stay.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
