Centrally located in busy, bustling Holborn, this Georgian home’s charm spans six storeys, beginning in the ground-floor entrance hall. Ascend the stairs to the gilt-edged sitting room on the first floor, adjacent to the office accessorised with stately furnishings. Up again is the country-style kitchen on the second floor, where walls are pea-green and the decor is vintage. From the landing you’ve access to the first of the four bedrooms. There are two more on the floor above, as well as stairs leading to a theatrical loft bedroom, with original beams, exposed brick walls and painted floorboards, and an en suite off the dressing room. Head up to the roof terrace boasting stunning views for a drink or two after a day's exploring.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we can place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

The home is spread across five floors with no internal elevator.

This home couldn't be more central. You are in the middle of the action so do expect a certain level of noise.

While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.

The fireplaces in the home are ornamental.

There is an open plan en-suite in the second bedroom. It does not offer much privacy.

The water pump in this home makes intermittent noise and can disturb light sleepers.

This is a well loved family home, and shows some signs of wear and tear.

The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
