This Clerkenwell home is set over two colourful floors. Entering into a large square hallway, a corridor on your right leads away to the staircase. Down it you’ll come to the sitting room, which has tall windows and a double-height ceiling. A cream leather sofa complements an upholstered one, and down another corridor you’ll find the kitchen, where Perspex barstools in green, purple and orange set off the wooden breakfast bar and pendant lights.
Head up the staircase and you’ll come to the bedrooms. To the right, there’s a king-size bed in the slope-ceilinged master bedroom, which has a vaulted ceiling, and is galleried (with a glass balustrade) over the sitting room. The bathroom, to the left, has turquoise walls and a dark wooden floor, and further left you’ll find the second bedroom, where you’ll find a contemporary ensuite, and angled skylights over a double sofabed.
The home is located three floors up from street level and there is no elevator.
The master bedroom is on a mezzanine over the sitting room.
There is a sofa bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
There is no permanent hanging space in the second bedroom so we will set up a hanging rail for your stay.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
