Dawson Place IV is a two bedroom, two bathroom home in Notting Hill. Contemporary in design and style, this home’s open-plan living area is full of luxe touches – think velvet cushions and gold-toned accessories. The same’s true of the pale-painted master bedroom, which has a plush king-size bed and a marble ensuite. Most eye-catching of all, however, is the view from the roof terrace, which has a striking city outlook. There’s much to see outside too, since you’re close to all Notting Hill’s antique shops, restaurants and bars, plus Kensington Gardens. Bayswater tube station is just a seven-minute walk away.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home, which is on the top floor of the apartment building and three floors up from the communal entrance, has no internal elevator. When inside the home, it is spread over a further three floors.
Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the roof terrace has been updated with furniture.
Although the bed in the second bedroom will sleep two comfortably, the room itself has limited space for two people and the bed can only be accessed from one side.
This home accepts children, but does not accept babies and toddlers.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
