Chalcot Crescent IV boasts a stunning interior to match the attractive street it sits on – in fact, you may recognise it from the Paddington Bear movies. This three-bedroom home sleeps up to six guests and has a lovely green courtyard to relax in with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
The master bedroom is set off by a striking feature wall and furnished with a king-size bed and a large wardrobe, while the second benefits from a super king-size bed and a sofa. Both come with TVs and decorative fireplaces. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and sweet animal-themed décor – ideal if you’re travelling with little ones. As for the main bathroom, it’s a spacious, modern number with a roll-top bath as the centrepiece and a separate walk-in shower. There’s also a second, large walk-in shower in the other bathroom.
Downstairs, the layout pivots around the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, which opens into a private, leafy garden. Grey herringbone floors and white walls give it a modern look, and there’s a stereo system for you to play your favourite music on. As for the kitchen, it’s sleek, contemporary and equipped with all the essentials. If you prefer, you can get cosy in the separate lounge, which is bright and airy thanks to two large windows.
Tucked away on a picturesque street next to Primrose Hill – a large open park with fabulous views of London’s skyline – Chalcot Crescent IV’s location transports you away from the bustle of the city, allowing you to explore a more leafy, laidback side of the capital. London Zoo will be practically on your doorstep, too. You can walk there in ten minutes or hop in a cab and be there in five. If shopping and street food are more your thing, the vibrant Camden Market is also within easy walking distance – one of London’s most iconic markets, this spot houses over 1,000 independent shops selling everything from vintage clothing to craft gin.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

Although the entrance to this home is on the ground floor, there are a few steps from the street.
The bunk bed in the third bedroom will comfortably sleep one child on the bottom child-sized bunk, and has room for another child on the top bunk.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
