Canonbury Square III is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in Islington. This home’s sitting room – a classic space brightened by pastel soft furnishings and colour-coded books – has a welcoming feel, as does the open-plan living area below, which gives right onto the garden. Although very smart (the teal super king-size bed, state-of-the-art shower and vivid canvases are especially striking), the master suite’s inviting too. Close to Upper Street, which is lined with pubs and restaurants, you’ll also find all of Islington’s famous arts venues right nearby. Highbury and Islington tube station is around a six-minute walk away.
This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.
The front fireplace in the sitting room is working, however all other fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
Someone will visit once a week to service the fish tank, they will have a set of keys to let themselves in.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The age of this home's building does mean that some of the floorboards and stairs are quite uneven.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
