On a side street near Brick Lane and Old Spitalfields Market, Calvin Street is ideally situated. To the right of the entrance, double doors lead to the master bedroom, which has wooden furniture and a bold blue palette. Rugged brickwork frames the super king-size bed, and round the corner, there’s a walk-in shower in the all-white ensuite. The second bedroom, next door, has a double bed and a bright red accent chair.
On the left of the entrance, another set of double doors leads into the living area. Black bookcases stand out against white walls, and around a red patterned rug, vintage leather armchairs complement a contemporary blue-grey sofa. Eight can sit at the long dining table – set along a glass block wall – and further along, there are wooden cabinets in the open-plan kitchen. The bathroom, which has slate floor tiles, is along the hallway and left.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
This home accepts babies, but does not accept toddlers or children.
There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
*There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, and no elevator.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot the double bed in the second bedroom has been replaced with bunk beds. We will be taking new photographs soon.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late
check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage
was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service.
More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
